I love this store! I’m in there at least once a week if not twice Any time I have gone in there with questions, the staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find what I need! One of the employees spent about 10 minutes with me going through all the vegan protein powders when I was making the switch and helped me find one that I absolutely LOVE (sprout living - vanilla flavour in case you were wondering. YUM!) Thank you all for being so awesome!

Finally a health food store in north west london. It has a great selection of gluten free options and any other dietary restriction you may have. Lots of supplements, chilled and frozen food. The prices is slightly expensive comparitivley but the variety by far beats the \local\ store for gluten free selections. #localguides

I have been shopping here for many years. I want to praise two fantastic employees Raquel and Jasmine. I have dealt with them many items regarding different issues product availability and stock check and they have been so pleasant and sweet to deal with making my shopping experience superb. I hope they get recognized for their hardwork, commitment, and positive demeanor. They are truly an asset to the healthy planet team. I also would like to mention Jenna and Chandler who served me at the store today. They were fantastic, very pleasant to deal with and their willingness to go an extra mile for costumer satisfaction was appreciated.

Healthy Planet in London is my favourite health food store. The prices here are excellent and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for all of your healthy food, natural skincare and makeup, supplement, and vegan food needs.

I consistently find great products at reasonable prices (often lower than stores that sell the same products). What makes this location stand out for me is the attentive staff. Chandler (the employee with long hair) is especially knowledgeable, really listens to understand and explains things clearly and effectively. After every interaction, I feel like I can make an informed decision based on Chandler's explanation. As a longtime customer, I offer a huge shout-out to all of the employees for your professionalism and exceptional customer service. Thanks for all that you do; keep up the great work!
