Clinic is amazing, very clean, bright and all the staff are so friendly. Well organized so you can get in and out quickly. I do many services here including medical, rehab, naturopathy, eye exams.

This review is for physiotherapist: Alex Chow. I have suffered from upper back tension and neck pain for years due to both weigh training and bad studying posture. I have tried various exercises and stretches, creams/muscle relaxants, cupping, and other physiotherapists. I was beginning to lose hope until I started seeing Alex. After 3 sessions he had released a significant amount of my upper back tension. It is obvious Alex is passionate about his work and really wants to see progress in his patients. He is smart, honest, and by far one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with, in healthcare or otherwise. He is extremely well read on all things related to physical therapy and is always ready to answer any of your questions. I could not recommend Alex more highly. HealthOne is incredibly lucky to have him.
Among many reasons to love this place, Dr. Khun Khun is an amazing physician. She is a gem, and genuinely cares about her patients. I hope she will stay in this clinic longer.
Excellent location, service, team - all the medical services that you need in one place which is incredibly convenient (osteo, chiro, medical, dental, physio, naturopath, rmt, optometrist, etc). Clean and new waiting area - a pleasant experience from check-in throughout. A special thank you to the rehab/wellness team for your professionalism and thoroughness in being masters of what you do - Saira, Jessica, Nobel, Ruby.
