I was only there for a short time but the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The space was clean and easily accessible the whole process was easy and customer service excellent. Diane is very sweet and professional.

My ex used the storage unit to pass along my belongings during a breakup and moving out. I called to let Diane the operations manager know that I am in quarantine due to exposure of Covid And would not be there Monday but the week after. She was extremely rude to me hung up on me and then proceeded to send my ex an email stating I said to move everything to the dump and I quote “would be cheaper than re renting”. Shady liars. I’m surprised my ex even trusted them again he had 2 project vans there for a while and they were broken into, beer bottles and Paraphernalia all inside so he moved them off the property. Not a good place to rent from.
UPDATE 11 Dec 2018: Facility had a break in. Several trailers were broken into as ours was (TV stolen). Break wasn't discovered until days later (by a client) and the only notification sent was a bulk email. They didn't even call people and clearly they do not patrol to ensure lighting is working. Manager ensured we understood they aren't responsible for damages. We will be moving our trailer as soon as we can. Only been renting a spot here for just over 1 month. The customer service here is quite lacking as well as attention to detail such as inputting our email correctly. Due to an oversight on our part, as I was out of town, we were late in payment. In saying this, the way it was handled by the manager was quite rude and abrasive and it was extremely difficult to get all the info required to actually send the payment. After several emails (after they got it right this time) and a couple of phone calls we did finally get the required details to make payment which we did promptly. We would leave due to this terrible customer service and apparent disorganization but the convenience of location overrides this decision. I don't recommend this storage place if you have other options.
