Worst experience With this location and also staff is very rude and screaming to kids and they just don Care about children and activities! We had there two kids and never ever go there and no one recommend it this place! Situation was so! My son felt down from rock climbing no one called or told us what was happening, my son asked to call mom/das and didn’t let them to do it! and had few days headaches we should go to dr and see if he is fine and go to back to school.... i called owner asked him what injury policy do u have it? So anyways i should him to get to report and have to claim! Worst experience ever !! Please avoid your children to go there with teenagers who don’t care about kids!

I find this club to be very fun for the kids. We had great private trampoline lessons with their 1 instructor in the past but he is now gone. However, lately, they've not been able to accommodate a trampoline birthday party. Further, they have no one to offer private or semi-private trampoline lessons. If there is such demand, one would think to operate a successful business, they would like to meet it and reap the rewards. I am now forced to drive to Barrie - Vertical Zone for birthday parties and private lessons. Although, satisfactory, I feel Head over Heels could do much better.
