We've used them for a few projects. Can't say we've been overly impressed. Orders come in with back ordered items, which they don't tell you about until the shipment arrives. We've been waiting for weeks for back ordered light fixtures, the date keeps getting pushed. I've left several messages with their reps and I never receive a call back. Same with emails, they don't return them unless its for a quote or payment. Recently I was told that one of our back ordered fixtures was in fact in stock, just to be sent an email a few hours later saying it was now 2 weeks from arriving.... Only use them if you must.

Tried for over 15 mins repeatedly calling, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at either their 905 number, nor their 877 number (which are surely the same anyway). Their website says: "We would love to answer any of your questions. Call us today and a representative will assist you right away." Pfft! Was 07:30 in the morning, needed to try to find compact fluorescent bulbs, had to find them elsewhere.
