We would use Hawksworth catering again in a heartbeat. From the our first meeting to actual meal, their staff were an absolute dream to deal with. And on the day, the meal was spectacular with such incredible service- all for a meal of 121 people 2.5 hours away from Vancouver!!! Thank you Hawksworth for making our wedding so wonderful! (Our guests can’t stop talking about your food!!!)

I recently planned my sister’s bridal shower in The York Room and I was so happy with how the event turned out. The food was excellent and the pastry team created a unique strawberry tower for dessert. The staff was attentive and made the event a success.
We recently had Chef Hawksworth and his team cater an intimate dinner for 12 at our home. The whole team were a pleasure to work with, helped determine and interesting menu, and ensure the lead up was smooth and stress free. The night itself was a great success, with the team providing a cooking demonstration, engaging with our guests, and answering questions about the food and wine. The serving team were fantastic, and made sure the event was elegant from start to finish. Highly recommended!

As a major supplier in the bustling catering & hospitality industry of Vancouver, we tend to see not just the final product but where it starts from. A couple of years ago, i was sitting alone in the Hawksworth Bar in the Hotel Georgia waiting for my colleague. I happened to be sitting beside an elderly couple that couldn't stop talking about how proud they were of their son. About the how the hard work, dedication and sacrifice that he had made. Too my surprise it was Mr & Mrs. Hawksworth. Well, i'm just as proud to be his supplier of fine catering equipment. Congratulations Chef Hawksworth! Your food and service ROCKS!
We have been purchasing “turkey to go” Xmas and Thanksgiving dinners from various high-end Vancouver sources for about 10 years. Without a doubt, our family all agrees that both the Thanksgiving and Xmas dinners-to-go purchased from Hawksworth Catering are the BEST. In particular, the turkey itself stands out as by far, the Best bird we have ever eaten (on both occasions!). Tender, flavourful and very moist and juicy, it made both our dinners memorable! The purchase experience itself was also well handled in the “Hawksworth” manner; efficiently, politely and with clearly evident care and concern for the customer. If you’ve dined at Hawksworth in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, you’ll know what I mean. Not an inexpensive meal..... but well worth it!
We had the pleasure of getting Hawksworth Catering to do our families Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners this past year and was amazed at the quality and customer service we received. Hawksworth is like family to us and we are grateful to have their amazing team cater our holiday dinners. Never disappointed with the quality of service they provide.
Hawksworth Catering is not only about incredible food – but an absolutely incredible team – and impeccable service. Everyone knows the restaurant group – but the catering team takes it to the next level in terms of fun, experience, and service... I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality event catering experience. K, I’m hungry now...
