I can't say enough great things about Richard and his team-including Dennis. They took the time and explained our options. The installation was done professionally. Even when we found a small problem after installation, it was rectified quickly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Now enjoying fires almost every night and saving on heating costs. Highly recommend.

Easy service
I unfortunately have nothing good to say about the service. I waited all day and no one showed up. Scheduled a second appointment to get my chimney cleaned again a no show. No phone call either time to advise me. Took time off work. I should bill for lost wages. Not impressed whatsoever. So buyer beware - if you have a problem good luck getting them to come back.
Old time real customer service. Had home estimate, measurements taken and their installer Dennis checked my old stove. Very thorough and did not try to upsell me, helped me realize the stove I had chosen was too large for my little house - guided me to the right one. If you're expecting a big box store where you're shopping alone...this isn't it. Family business they really care.
They were one of the few available quickly. I had Dennis on site, he was professional and honest, wich is something valuable. The work was shortly after. I recommend them. Ask for Dennis.
