I went in the store to activate my new updated phone. I get there then, I tell them we just ordered these phones online and we put the SIM cards in but our data doesn’t work so we went there to activate it. I got told they don’t do that there because it was ordered online so I have to call instead. I mentioned that I saw this deal while I was ordering my phone,that I could go to the store to exchange my phone for a store credit. Then I got told it’s not possible and that it’s not something they do. THEN... I saw in my package I have no little cube to plug in the wall and She goes and tells me “it’s clearly stated that it doesn’t come with a block and earphones on the back of the box with the most arrogant voice and attitude.. (in my head I was like how could I possibly know.. I didn’t have the box when I ordered it ONLINE) I had a really bad experience and will not go back... oh yeah and did I mention I can’t have a service there because I ordered my phone online “instead of supporting in my community” .....

About a month ago, I went to this location for convenience, due to it being close to my work, for a new screen protector. They told me they had some in stock & to pay for it while they got it. I paid, then was told they didn't have any, to come back in a week or so when it was in. I originally wanted a refund but because they had already ordered it, I couldn't have it. Angrily I went back home. Fast forward 2 weeks later, my screen protector is in. However they installed it so poorly, that within 2 days it lifted. There was air underneath it creating a bubble that wasn't allowing my \touch\ to work properly. I went back in, where I was told to wait for another screen, I still wasn't allowed a refund as the screen was \free\ (). That was 2 days ago, I tried to restick it myself because I need my device for work, but cracked it a bit in the process figured it didn't matter as I'm getting a new one. Today, I get called to come in for my new one, & get told I'm not longer eligible for the new screen as mine is cracked and can only get a 50% discount for my next purchase, no refund. This place is as close as a scam as it can get.
