Workmanship of products talks of impeccable quality. Hats off to the whoever works in the quality division, design, and manufacturing. Each seat bottom is attached with no less than 42 screws. The gaps where different parts meet are consistent throughout. There are even bump-ons to prevent surface scratching when stacking.

I have passed the Richmond Hill store many, many times without going in. My Niece and Nephew purchased their outdoor furniture there quite a few years ago and were very pleased with the products and the excellent service! Now, I too, have the same pleasant experience being looked after by Tatiana who matched me up with a perfect table and chairs for my Condo balcony!! She is worth gold to the Hauser Company!! Customer Service is the key for any good relationship with Customers!
Tatiana Brezven is such a great employee! She is so attentive, professional, and always calls to tell me about sales and any items that she thinks I'll like. She has amazing taste and always gives me great advice about products. She has been such a great help and I'm excited to continue working with her. She has already helped me so many times. I like this company and their outdoor furniture collections. I visited a few Houser's stores (including one in Burlington) before I settled on the one in Richmond Hill. I felt very comfortable with their representative in that location. Tatiana was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. She always made me feel welcomed. She took time to answer all my questions, and helped me with a color/configuration selection. The Hauser's furniture is awesome. I have lots of compliments from my neighbours and friends.
