Lovely people, but avoid if you don't want to be shocked when the bill finally arrives with no communication on what is wrong even if you wanted to proceed with potential fixes. If you like a correct diagnosis the first or second time then be cautious. Hey, maybe that was my bad luck. We wasted money on two occasions and now have an unsellable tractor. The first time they came out for the fix, my tractor started smoking and could not move up a hill, so I called them back. The second time my tractor started smoking and again could not make it up a hill. We spent 1g on fixes including brand new parts that didn't fix the underlying problem. In the end, we would have never wasted our money on if told the correct problem first place. However they said they gave us a generous discount on all of the labour. It's amazing that people can operate a business this way. If a real business screws up, they fix their problem or say sorry we didn't get to the bottom of the underlying issue and they don't charge you for the extra work. They had no motivation to buy our tractor, which I can understand due to the underlying issue. Plus, our trade value for buying a new tractor was the amount we spent on the tractor in repairs (plus that included a snow blower and mower deck)...seems fair eh

I bought a used Kubota KX080 from these good people over phone and internet sight unseen. After sending me lots of photos and talking a bit, I wired them the money, they arranged trucking and I had the machine in Nova Scotia within three days. It came exactly as advertised and so far I'm very pleased. If anyone else is on the fence about doing this, hopefully this review will ease your mind.

Great service even after the sale. The best advice I received re: tractor shopping and would like to pass on is go with the dealer you’re comfortable with. I would say it’s more important even than the brand. We dealt with Shawn H at Harrington. Down to earth guy but more importantly follows through! We had our B2601 delivered last week and then noticed a minor issue (that was quite possibly caused by operator error). They didn’t get into a “who’s at fault” discussion. They just sent a mechanic out and took care of it.
