I purchased a utv product, 4 days after purchasing it, it was shipped. I waited 10 days nothing showed up. 3 days after the expected delivery date I inquired about where the product was. The seller ( Rick’s performance) issued a full refund without explanation. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend this seller.

Bought my Yamaha here years ago, they had the best price for the bike in the county at the time. Customer service was always great when working with them as well. When I buy my son his first bike I will be buying from here then.
From the ladies at the front desk, Rick and all other employees. And the cat. You are all very nice and did a great job today for me and my bike. I would highly recommend this place. Great people. That treat you with respect.
Horrible customer service
this place is horrible.. dropped my bike of for work to be done.. kept upping the price.. needless to say my bill was over 2000... said 1300 to begin with supplying allnthe parts.... then totaling 2300 could have had bike rebuilt for less, couldnt get it running properly without telling me i need to spend more money.. all said and done didnt recieve any calls or anything from the owner saying it was completed with a price and never seen bike again.. been two years id recomend never using this guy for anything. he keeps peoples property
The help was outstanding....the part I purchased was a little pricey.
