We got an executive room with 2 queen beds. The queen beds were small, felt more like double beds. The website also says there's supposed to be a bath tub in the unit but there wasn't. Don't expect to have complimentary room slippers, toothbrushes, or disposable masks. There was just 1 small bottle of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, 2 towels, and 2 robes. Facilities were well kept, pools, bedrooms, and changing rooms were very clean.

My wife and I have been here every second month roughly for the last couple years. The east tower would be the go to for rooms. The feel of a vacation is everywhere. Truly relaxing. Also check out the Black Forest restaraunt while in town. Truly amazing

Had a lake view room in the west tower. Floor to ceiling windows gave fantastic views even with rainy weather. Room itself was very tired but serviceable. Hot springs pool is awesome. Upper lobby area is nicely decorated with lots of spots to relax. Great for a family getaway.

Decent hotel for a weekend getaway. Negatives: Uncomfortable bed. itchy skin after being in the pool. Hotel is old. Positives: Food at the restaurant was pretty good. The coffee shop inside served Starbucks which was great. The view. Overall wasn't too bad. Main attraction are the pools.

Amazing local vacation at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. We checked in late and were upgraded to the Lake View room. The front desk girl was front desk was welcoming. Our room was clean but unfortunately it was very rainy so we didn’t see much of a view. The Hot Springs were very crowded since the indoor pools were closed. They ask us to use the family pool which had a lot more people then the adult pool and agreed to let us in. There was a very rowdy person in the pool who got kicked out. In the morning it was sunny and the view was amazing, the restaurant was amazing and the pools were not busy at all. It was an amazing day ️

I enjoyed my two night three day stay at the resort and hot spring pools. The hotel is older and has character. The hotsprings are enjoyable for a time but can get quite rowdy in the evening. The small village on the lake provides many dining options and small shops. There are also great hiking trails both short and long. The lake is freezing cold pretty much all year round so swimming is invigorating. One of my favorite features, dogs are allowed! Please be warned, this is not a classy resort, it has the feel of a trashy drunken low cost all-inclusive mexican party resort with empties littering the grounds.
