Very pleased with the service from this company. Sean, our repair personnel, was professional, knowledgeable , polite and took time to seriously evaluate the cost effectiveness of the repair. I concluded if the job wasn’t worth doing he would of let me know. Nice to see a company not in it just for the almighty dollar. The office staff were also very professional. To say we are impressed with the level of service is an understatement! We tried another, ahem, local solution, and they had no "bedside manner" on the phone. With Harold Snow, right from the first phone call all the way to the excellent tech (Sean) who came to inspect our fridge, they were amazing and handled us with care. It's abundantly clear that they still give a hoot about customer service, satisfaction, and transparency. Also, their rates are more than reasonable! Our fridge didn't seem to be cooling properly. Sean confirmed it was in good order but had an extremely counterintuitive dial system for the fridge and freezer. Sean patiently explained it to us and explained every step and check he made, never talking down to us. We got piece of mind with how they handled an ultimately low-priority service call. We're 100% confident they'd be just as amazing with an urgent issue and we'll be sure to keep their number handy if any other appliances at our home cause us any issues. Thank you, Harold Snow, for your wonderful mix of knowledgeable staff and professional, caring demeanor! We won't forget it!
On website says sells parts, but wasted my time as they do not?!!!!

Awesome friendly and knowledgeable people. Order a part and actually was able to get it overnight. First time ever that I had been able to get parts overnight. Normally overnight means 1-2 weeks to deliver to St.Anthony. Highly recommend! Thank you all very much!

Just had our refrigerator serviced, Chris and his helper gave us outstanding service, very friendly and courteous. Explained the issues and had it fixed in no time. Would very highly recommend.
This group is lousy. We are senior citizens.we paid upfront before they would even service the dishwasher. Six weeks later, when the three year old dishwasher quit again, they would not even come check to see if it was the same problem without a payment of 100.00 They had already charged us 213..00 six weeks earlier. What a lousy way to do business.
