I am 100% satisfied with my family doctor who works at this clinic. Friendly people and high-quality service. In the past 3 years, my experience has been great. No complaints. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with tge doctors at this clinic. The staff are very friendly and kind, you do not have to wait long for an appointment. I also like that the nurse is in the office Monday to Friday to do your blood work. Five stars

The doctors and service on their end is fantastic however the reception????? HORRIBLE. Terrible reception in term of answering phones! I am barely ever able to get through and when I do I’m placed on hold only for someone to hang up on me after 5-10 minutes of waiting. Will be complaint to the the doctors about this issue. They seriously need to hire better receptionists/admins.

This place is probably the worst doctors office in Oshawa , if not Durham , receptionist is dumb as a rock n don’t ever pick up the phones, and the doctors don’t seem to listen at all. I told them to do a certain test and yet they still seem to screw up my results and did not even do the correct test I told them to do
