Thank you Colin (and Harmony Honda) for what has been the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase yet. The purchase of a Honda was a always a good choice, but the purchase at this dealership was a great choice. We appreciate the numerous times Colin was available for questions and to offer potential selections. We flew to Kelowna and drove away in a beautiful new CRV Touring. LOVE IT. Loved this experience. No games! They treated me respectfully and fairly the entire time. I wish I bought the car from my girlfriend because... I drove up from Van to review a specific used car after a phone call with Ryan, and it was a positive experience the entire time. They were accommodating to my review process. There is no documentation fee, the way it should be! What value do other dealerships provide for that fee? Why is that a thing? When it came to negotiating the price, there was no "Let me go talk to my manager." BS! Nope, Andrew and I just discussed it directly, honestly, and fairly, face to face. We were done in a few minutes. I wish I bought the car from my girlfriend, but I bought it from Harmony, and now I think of Ryan and the Harmony team every time I drive it rather than my girlfriend! LOL. Thank you Ryan, Andrew & Harmony.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. We are super happy with Harmony Acura and also Aaron the service advisor. We moved here from Ontario a few years back and we have an older MDX that is out of warranty we initially brought out MDX in for a recall check. We were treated with care and respect even though we had a slightly older vehicle. In Ontario, we didn’t do regular maintenance with Acura once our warranty was over because they were crazy expensive. The prices at Harmony are the same (if not slightly less expensive) than Jiffy Lube. They use OEM parts and if we have time even wash the car! So better service at the same price and even the coffee is better... we recently had some other work done and the pricing was better than the Napa service center, and again it was done with Acura products and not after market. Overall, the service is great, the staff are very nice and knowledgeable and the prices are either comparable or better than the after market garages. So much better than our dealership in Ontario. Thanks guys!

I have had 2 acura mdx's now. and everytime I bring it into be serviced or get new winter tires Kevin B has been amazing. he has been honest trust worthy and always delivered on his quotes. I'll always be a customer as long as kevins is in charge of my mdxs
