Upgrading my 1970 style Spa with one of Harbour's top line models was awesome. They removed my junker at no charge and made a challenging delivery look easy. I am very happy with their product and service. I was a nice to see the owner involved with the delivery and final set up. Great customer service. Thanks guys!

My husband and I bought a hot tub from Harbour Spas. The service we got was spectacular. They answered all the questions we had and were very patient with us as we were first time buyers. From looking for a hot tub, to buying one from them, to delivering it and setting up, the whole experience was amazing. We highly recommend Harbour Spas to anyone who is looking for hot tubs, saunas, or massage chairs. The service is amazing.

DO NOT BUY FROM HARBOUR SPAS. You will be completely disappointed in the service. Shawn is notorious for telling you he will call you back and he NEVER does. Shawn has no sense of business and he will tell you whatever he needs to tell you to get your business and then he falls very short of ever delivering the service that a company should provide their customers. Please save yourselves the headache and go anywhere but Harbour Spas. Also, shop around for prices. Shawn promises you the best price but when I went to another company for a quote I found that Harbour Spas was way over priced. I went back to Shawn and told him I could get the hot tub cheaper from the other guys and he went down quite a bit of money... 2000 at first to be exact. I told him he was still high and in the end he went down 3500... shows how much Shawn is marking up his hot tubs. I regret to this day for going with Harbour Spas, I trusted in Shawn and he totally LIED to me. I would have had no headache if I would have went with the competitor. The service I have received from Harbour Spas has been horrific and I would warn anyone from dealing with Shawn and Harbour Spas.

Changing the name certainly doesn't improve the service. Still won't return phone calls to let me know where my patio heater is that I paid for last fall. Nothing but excuses, once you are actually able to track him down. Seven months and counting waiting for the liar to fulfill his obligation. Do not pay anything up front; do not give him one cent until you have your product delivered to your satisfaction. If you pay up front, you will never get your product.

We purchased a Hot tub a few years ago from another company that had since gone out of business. We called a number of companies that were listed as agents for the tub we had, but didn't get any support. Harbour Spas came out and determined the problem and got the parts ordered and repaired our Hot tub in a timely manner. We were very happy with the service and the follow up from harbour Spas and have been recommending them whenever the opportunity has arisen. Thanks again for helping us.

Purchased a house a couple of months back and it came with a tub that was installed almost five years ago. The tub had experieced numerous issues, and I finally got to speak with a manager. Jake was able to determine the problem immediately ensuring I knew the issues with the spa. He then suggested a tub that works excellent within my standards and it has been a gem ever since! Not only did I purchase a new tub, I also was able to sell my old one at the value they thought it was worth. My experience was nice, easy, quick, and the staff was extremely helpful in all the areas I needed assistance with. Keep up the good work guys!

I recommend if you have any repairs to be done to your hot to DO NOT use this company. Never have I had such poor service from a company. I needed to get my control panel and circuit breaker fixed and I contacted them to do the work. The quality of work performed was unacceptable as the silicon around the control panel wasn't sealed properly, and the giant 2 screws they put in rusted and fell off within the first use of the hot tub. I called multiple times for which no one contacted me back. I was never informed about all of the costs to begin with and there was always something else that went wrong with the hot tub which means I spent more in repairs for "additional work". The service guy never showed up during the time frame he was supposed to, and in the end didn't even do half the work that I asked them to do. Needless to say I am not impressed with this company, I will never again contact them for any work to be done.

I purchased a new Lazy Boy hot tub from Harbour Spas last year and paid cash. I like the hot tub but am very disappointed with the service. The first problem was delivery, it was almost a month later than promised. One of the jets was plugged and this took almost a month to get fixed. I than had a problem with the remote control, it took 3 months to get a replacement remote that doesn't work. I call Harbour Spas, they take my name and number and state they will call me back. They have never once returned my calls. I call again and the same thing happens. This has been going on for 5 months. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Harbour Spas.
