Very poor customer service

The most expensive passport pictures out there. I assumed that this photo centre, located inside the doors of Walmart was a Walmart Photo Centre. I guess I should have paid more attention and asked how much the passport photo would cost before we waited. It is 27.99 for a passport picture here! Walmart Photo Centre price is only 9.99!
