Japanese owned coffee shop that also sells pastries, artisan teas, antiques, and house wares. Friendly service, good coffee! Really cute inside. No dine-in during covid due to small space.

so I just drank the best late I've ever had. Really nice coffee taste with low sugar soy, exactly what I want. Feels good to support great local coffee shops like these. WIll be coming back for sure.
Simply the best... Handworks has everything going for it: wonderful owners who are super friendly and fun to talk to, amazing coffee, and the atmosphere of the shop is perfect. I buy beans here all the time and they are super fresh and make the perfect cup of coffee. They have a lot of different beans to choose from, as well as their premade drinks. Sometimes they also get baked goods from popular local bake shops! Truly unique experience that you don't find in Vancouver very often - the Japanese hospitality and quality products really shine through.
Absolutely adorable atmosphere. I came here on a recommendation of a friend and it's going to become one of my go-to coffee and tea places. I was introduced to a brand new tea and coffee! Fukamushi tea and Vienna coffee. They were phenomenal and very well made. I plan to get something to eat there next time!
Love their matcha latte! The owners were very friendly and kind! I was ordering a hot drink, she accidentally made it cold, I told her that was fine for me, no need to change, but she apologized again and again and hurried made me a new one! Will come often! Very lovely interior!
