We appreciated the available stock and we were able to purchase and walk away with the items on the same day. This was important to us in the current renovation market where other stores had shortages or time delays. Tim's advice and eye for detail was essential in remodeling our kitchen with fine quality knobs and pulls that elevate the cabinetry. The weight of each knob and pull and the unique designs are contemporary yet classic. The store remains helpful even after the purchase. We will always go to Tim for our future needs.

Timucin to the Rescue. This is exactly how I felt when I called him the first time and he invited me to come in and see what he has to offer. I purchased an Entry Door set including hardware for the doors. The dealer failed to deliver the hardware at the time of delivery, leaving me at a very sticky situation. I had to find hardware inside two days which during this time (pandemic) was mission impossible. This is where Timucin comes in. He offered me the floor model (the display unit) to be installed in the meantime until the hardware I ordered arrives in a couple of weeks. Thats simply amazing and I felt very valued and trusted as a customer. At that point, it was a done deal and I put the order in right on the spot. Furthermore, he was able to accommodate the size of the locking hardware replacement right on the spot as the specs given initially to me were incorrect. Simply amazing. Customer Service is top of mind and the selection he has to offer is sure to tickle everyone's fancy. Don't think twice. Just go there for all your hardware needs. You won't regret it and I highly recommend them above all else.
This place has a phenomenal selection. I found exactly what I was looking for and I had been searching for a while. They took the time to assist me and were super nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Handles or Knobs.
