Staff is friendly, the lady working the front desk was exceptional, very clean spa, they take the sanitation of their spa very seriously. the message was just ok, nothing special

Giving it a 3.5. Although small, The environment is serene and clean. Had a great massage this morning. Angelo was wonderful - professional, polite, and made sure I wasnt in any pain during the process. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the membership setup where money is automated and will be removed from the account I know a monthly basis- what if I don't go per month? Overall, I will visit again in a few months if I can't make it downtown as the location is quite convenient!

I've experienced Hand & Stone in Florida and been very happy with their service. I called this location today to request an appointment for my wife and was told that they have no massage appointments available between now and early March (6 weeks away)! I know that places can be busy, but that's a long time!

Great place. Very friendly and professional. Makes you feel so relaxed once you walk in. I like that they have cucumber water available that was refreshing. Derrick was great with my massage. Very knowledgeable and worked out my tension in my neck and shoulders. Definitely coming back.
