I love the staff at Hand & Stone! Everyone is so friendly, the therapists are all extremely skilled, and there's just a great atmosphere overall. It's always a comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

The owner of this location is extremely lovely and was extremely accommodating when it came to solving an issue that I had regarding a miscommunication twords booking and a gift certificate. The massage was wonderful and the place was clean. I had previously left a negative review on their website (in which I now regret) but immediately after I posted it she had called me to rectify the issue. I appreciate her time and if you have a chance to see Faramarz, you should.

I love Hand & Stone Jarvis. Their RMTs are great and I have been going there for almost a year now. I travel almost an hour on TTC as all the massages I have received have been great.

The worst customer service and value. Refused a refund after the service we paid for was INCOMPLETE (only 45 of 100 minutes was completed) and abruptly ended. Massage style was not what we asked for, only offer for reconciliation was for me to PAY more money only to receive a \Free 30 mins\ Would you pay full price for a half completed haircut?? Or would you like the manager of a restaurant to tell you that after YOU complain about the service and the food for them to snap back and say \well other people really enjoy it\ Don't bother contacting the owner Christie as she will only make you feel bad about yourself and belittle you and defend her so called \certified therapists\ anyone can become certified in anything that doesn't mean they are good at their job, learn how to take criticism and serve your customers.
