I am moving so I will no longer be able to use the services at Hand and Stone Thornhill. I will greatly miss going to Sussan for massages. She is incredible at her job and goes above and beyond any other RMT I have been to. This is a great establishment with a professional and clean environment, and great services.

Love the location both outside and inside. Reception has adequate sitting area. Take comfort knowing Hand and Stone location has followed all protocols for COVID-19. Staff is amazing from very friendly Receptionist to the technician listening to your needs. My birthday facial was amazing. Worth the drive to Thornhill Hand and Stone.

I have been a regular at this H&S location for years. My go-to massage therapist and esthetician are here. They are competent, thorough and know their trade. The location could step up their ambience game a bit, but the premises are clean and the front desk staff are friendly and keep things flowing smoothly, especially during COVID.

Very disappointed in Hand & Stone was trying to book a well needed massage and was told it can't be done without leaving a credit card number due to 24 hrs cancellation policy. I was surprised that no alternative was even thought of! A cheque ? Anyways I won't be coming back! Take me off your roster! Very disappointed !

I would give zero starts if I could. My wife booked a birthday massage for me. Gave the person on the phone all the details including a request for a female therapist. So, I get there and the lady behind the counter says "Yuri will be right out with you". Needless to say the massage didn't happen. The receptionist was very apologetic about the error that the booking receptionist made and said that they would contact me to make things right. They never did!

The COVID safety precautions that have been implemented put my mind at ease. Hand & Stone Thornhill is a great place to have a massage (or facial once COVID is behind us). The front desk staff are always pleasant and the massage is wonderful! I have one every month. I highly recommend Hand & Stone Thornhill.

I'm surprised how many bad reviews there are. I can see some people leaving a bad review when they're late and massage time is cut short and I don't think it's fair to do so. I think it's fair for massage therapists to make up the time if they're late to the appointment. I came in last time with my sister. Julia immediately greeted us in a very friendly manner. She ensured that we came in a bit early to fill out our forms and settle in. Edward was my therapist and I usually prefer female therapists but he was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. There was a heated massage table and it was a nice touch. It's not a heavily scented spa which is great for people that are sensitive or allergic. They have good products for sale too. I like coming to this location because it's convenient and the staff are very friendly. Especially Julia, she's very outgoing and attentive. I would come back!
