Not impressed with customer service. Did not allow pick up of costumes ordered and paid for, when all other stores allowed to open are at least offering curb side pick up. Now I have to order costumes from another company and pay twice. Worst of all, they are not refunding, only offering a credit. Very disappointed. Will not shop here again.
