These people are crooks!! Very unprofessional company.They rob people with disabilities.They charge you 30% of your refund after doing nothing.I was the one who went to my Dr.'s office and picked up a letter not him or his very nasty looking wife .When you deal with the public you need to shower and wash your hair.They took 11.100 from my cpp disability settlement.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!.I ACTUALLY WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE HIM OR HER ONE STAR.They dont return calls or emails i tried to contact about tax reciept they do not respond.They are truely ignorant peole with real bad Hygiene.BEWARE!!!!
