The customer service representative Saiyam was really helpful and professional. Solved all my concerns very quickly. During this pandemic, he also wiped my ID card before returning it to me. I really appreciated that during this special time.

Had an amazing experience with Austin at the wireless wave in jackson, helped me pick a new phone that would fit in my purse perfectly as well as made the lay out exactly the same as the old one with so much patience and flexibility. Allan Pushpaharan is the man! This guy really knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable. He will work and play with numbers until he finally reaches the right plan or deal for you that you wish to perceive. I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone, but not pay more then what I was already paying on my monthly bill, and he did exactly that and more for me. You can tell by this individuals positive energy that Allan is very patient and passionate about his job and the role he plays to the company. He is also very well mannered and his customer service skills are epic! Your in great hands once communicating with him about any situation concerning phones and tablets. After running errands around for me for about an hour and phone calls in between, I must say I was very satisfied with my new phone plan, upgraded phone, new phone gadgets and upgraded new tablet! Keep up the great work Allan! And thank you for all your help!
