These guys are phenomenal. Jon and the guys were very professional and friendly. They ran a complete diagnostic on my phone and took the time to explain what the problems were. Knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, water resistance isn't nearly as water resistant as one would expect it to be and the phone could not be repaired. They didn't even charge me for their time. I will absolutely trust them with my business, especially with something as valuable as my phone, in the future.

So my remote quit working. It’s from a 70’s Scott stereo amp and controls all of my add-on components. I was at a loss on what to do to replace it. The part was long ago discontinued and only replacements I could find on the web were of the “universally compatible” variety, which didn’t appear to have all of the functions of the original remote. Not having a working remote really did take away the enjoyment of my sound system as I hardly used it for a couple of months. Having nothing to lose, I called uBreakiFix and was told there was probably little I could do other than look on-line for a replacement UNLESS I could wait a day and come in the following day when Conrad would be there. I waited the day and took my remote to see Conrad. I pulled up to the Main St E location, parked for free and went in to see the folks there. I met Conrad who took my remote to his work station while I waited. Not more than 15 mins later I was on my way home to see if my remote would work. I fired my system up and voila ... a fully functioning remote! Here’s the kicker! Conrad fully disassembled the remote, checked it out, cleaned it up, put it back together all AT NO CHARGE to me! INCREDIBLE IN THIS DAY AND AGE! Thanks Guys!

Quick, transparent and efficient. Had two items serviced - cracked glass on one phone and fault port on another. Jon was excellent and explained everything step by step. At first I thought rates were expensive, but when you think about the service and a fix is a fix, it’s worth it.
Fast service. Knowledgeable, friendly and respectful staff. Clean, organized building. I was very impressed by the Liquid glass, truly amazing thing and at a reasonable price. I will be happy to go back again in the future.
