Rented a truck here. It smells like cigarettes inside. When I returned it, desk guy complains why the floor mat is dirty with dust or mud. Are you kidding me? No damage to the truck and clean all around and he's complaining about a \dirty\ floor mat?? Way to go for uhaul's customer service.

Never trust the price they give you. I wanted a car to haul my things to kitchener and wanted to drop the Car in Kitchener, I was told that option was not available but the price can be adjusted and a price was given to me. When I came to drop the van, I was told I have gone above the millage and had to pay full price for driving the car back to Hamilton. This is a rip off and cheat! I had to bring the car to a location of thier choice and paid the full price for a trip that will benefit them! Bad experience, I won't recommend this location to anybody!! I feel down for this rip off!!! Never again!
If I could give it worse than this I would. Once again UHaul didn't have the truck we reserved, even though we called the day before just to make sure. The 2 idiots had no clue about anything. Its amazing to me that this location is still in business.
The key return slot is on the garage door to the right of the main entrance. We walked around the building twice looking for it. They should make it more obvious where to drop the keys off after hours.
Poor Experience. The 26' truck I rented on Saturday, June 13th was FILTHY. There was oil/grease all over the cargo floor from whoever rented it the day before. Clearly no u-haul employee cleaned the cargo or cabin, as there was garbage everywhere as well and only 1/4 tank of gas. This was a major safety concern, as it made the loading ramp extremely slippery. We tracked oil/grease all over my in-laws driveway and also on some of our furniture. Also, the line inside the store was 30 mins for pickup and 25 mins for return. The only reason they get two stars is because the customer rep was somewhat accommodating and didn't charge me the full rate.
