We moved houses 1.5 hrs away with a piano, large furniture and many boxes and were worried about it being too big a job. The entire process, from getting a quote to post move was so easy. The quote was based on an online form where they laid out an entire home and provided check boxes for items. It was so easy! The quote was so reasonable I automatically accepted. Before the move they called asking if there had been any updates, which I was thankful for because we bought new furniture and I was worried that would affect our quote (it didn't). The movers were so professional and polite. They made moving day SO simple for us. The truck was huge and they could fit everything in no problem. All I had to do was tell them what rooms boxes went in and they had no problems unloading the truck. They even moved a piano and made it look easy. Post move I received a text from the office staff asking how it went. It went so well, but I appreciated the follow-up message! The move ended up being less than the quote. We were so pleased with the whole process and will be using Two Men forever!

THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!! This company lost my Nintendo Switch during moving, and I have to call them twice a day to make sure they are trying to find it. In the beginning, they told me that on the second day morning, someone would call me back, but no one does. After I called them several times, they change their words to they can not find it, and because it doesn’t cover in their insurance, they will not compensate for the lost item. BTW, when I ask their supervisor Barbara about why they cannot pay me what I lost, it might just be dropped inside the truck, she says, “IT MIGHT BE SOMEONE WALK ON THE STREET COME INTO THE TRUCK AND TAKE IT AWAY. ” That is a great excuse!. Also, they crashed my lego build, which is covered with an acrylic box, wrap with the shrink film, contain in the paper board box and covered with moving blankets. With FOUR LAYERS OF THE PROTECTION, they can break my acrylic box and crash my build. I can’t imagine how they move my boxes. Maybe just throw them around! That’s the end of my common for now, I’m still need to call them tomorrow to talk to their owner, will keeping up date.
Highly recommend! The office staff is amazing at getting back to you, answering all your questions. They are very organized which is exactly what I needed. The original in-home quote process was quick and efficient. And come moving day, the actual movers were amazing!! Loaded up our place in less than 2 hours. Couldn't say better things - highly, highly recommend!
The movers were very friendly 5/5 move was quick. It took about 2 hours total but I had to pay for 4 hours 750 (total including taxes) not cheap for a small local move in Hamilton. However, the customer service is horrible. They informed me target time was 2pm didn't arrive until close to 6pm. Yes I agreed to flexible start time but they didn't even bother to call me in regards to the delay; I could've gotten other errands done in between had I known. I wasted 4 hours sitting waiting. This caused so much stress. Luckily I have the next day off work. I thought the move would be effortless hiring a big company. When I freaked over the phone the customer service agent told me to have a some tea to calm down....... I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had to refrain from using vulgar language over the phone.
