Fraud. She starts off as nice and caring and once you pay the high registration fee, it’s really all about money. The glorifying reviews you see on her “doctor’s reviews website” are there because she personally sends links to the patients asking them to leave her a review, these are patients that have paid registration fee and a big amount for medicines and probably very hopeful for results so, they really can’t leave her a negative review. Also, at the beginning , you believe her words because she’s giving you hope after you have tried modern medicine and probably exhausted all other possibilities. So your judgment can be cloudy, especially when the lady is sweet and she’s telling you there’s progress, you start believing her until few months in , you realize she’s conning you. It gets nasty once you want to know where the money is going as you see no results or you dare ask any question at all about the treatment. She gets extremely aggressive when you try to discontinue treatments from her. She will go and on about how much she’s doing for you and your body as if she’s doing you a favor. She will diagnose you with 10 other problems that arent there. She can also be very racist when aggressive, will start stereotyping you only because you want to discontinue treatment. She will keep your money even for the products you paid for. Luckily we had all the receipts and paperwork, so was able to get our money out of her by threatening to call the cops on her. she can also get physical by physically trying to push you away from the medicines you have already paid for. This woman is some piece of work stay away! I was glad to see there are real reviews about her on google rather than the reviews she indirectly forces her patients to write. I wish there was a No-star option.

I was there last week, she told me to come in and she said am gonna talk to u about my medicine and those stuff, she is a sweet talker. But she doesn't know anything She is just making up prices for the stuff I was there for one hour and she was talking with me about her country. She charged me 460 for nothing and when I asked her why am gonna pay all of that money and she respond. It's my time and I've talking to u and ur friend for one hour ! I was so angry and i just left So please don't ever go to this lady 'cause u are gonna spend money on nothing ! And actually u are gonna waste it time too.

Terrible! I wish that I could post this without giving a star I would. This woman sold us on a bunch of “natural “ TCM while my wife was pregnant. After we were told by our OB and midwife that it wasn’t good she said she would return our 500 if we returned the product. We did and she never paid (it’s been months!). Highly discourage anyone from seeing this woman. She has our money and the product she sold us. Nathalie a highly unreliable and dishonest person! UPDATE 2 years later - Still no response to out e-mails/phone calls and we are still out 500 with no product to show. This women can't be trusted! There are many other TCM practitioners out there.

Initially Nathalie was very warm, friendly and encouraging. Within a few visits her behavior changed radically. Any questions I asked made her angry. She lectured me extensively about how the only thing in her practice that mattered was her family honor, NOT her patients. She only wanted to talk about money, how much of a favor she was doing me and how much everything ought to cost. She refused to write up receipts for her services even though she had repeatedly promised to give me receipts. She refused to give me acupuncture even though that was the whole reason I had gone for treatment and she had told me that acupuncture could help me and that she could cure my condition in 1 or 2 visits. She only wanted to sell me pills, lots of pills, that weren't in original packaging. She wouldn't tell me what the pills were and instructed me to not try to find out. My last appointment with her left me upset and confused. I couldn't understand what had happened to the Nathalie that I had first met, and who this angry, irrational woman was. I can't believe how much money she soaked me for before I realized what she was really about. Customers beware!
