Patrick you went above and beyond when you pulled out the dolly and showed us our true options. We are so happy with our purchase of the sectional couch and custom ottoman. A very bright and visually appealing furniture and appliance outlet with tens of furnished room scenarios on over 100000 sf of floor space. Reasonable prices great selections and many staff to help with info or and queries you might have.

We walked into The Brick feeling overwhelmed at all the choices. This store is quite large. Luckily, BONNIE LEBLANC came to the rescue and I just want to say that she is TRULY passionate about beds (and knows SO much). She ensures that you pick a bed that is best for YOU and doesn't sell you on something not suited for your needs. Purchasing a bed is a big deal - you spend a huge percentage of your life on it! Bonnie ran ALL OVER meeting every request or answering every single question we had and did not leave us until we were satisfied. If you are on a budget, she is your gal. If you are lost on what you want, she will help you find what you need. 25 years of knowing all things BEDS... call ahead of time and ask to meet with her. She will do everything to help you! We are huge fans of Bonnie and would come from Toronto to Hamilton again JUST to get her help.

I have now had two poor experiences with this store and its delivery. On this occasion, I was told my purchase would be ready for pick up on Monday March 1, 2021. IT was not. I was told it would be her on March 3. I made the trip into Hamilton. You guessed it. It was not. Lesson learned for this store.

We were not able to find what we wanted in another Brick location so we called The Brick at Upper James in Hamilton. I spoke with Patrick, one of the salesmen. He was exceptional on the phone. He was able to locate what we wanted. We found him to be very helpful and courteous. He had excellent phone manners and was so polite! We ended up going to the store a few days later. We met Patrick and were so impressed by his willingness to go over and above what was necessary to help us see the chairs we were looking for. Although we ended up buying a different color from him, we were so appreciative for the patience and kindness he showed us. We are happy to recognize Patrick for his superior customer service skills; they are so rare to find these days. Thank you for your help Patrick. We love our chairs!
