I purchased my iPhone at this location. It literally was right before Christmas. With Covid going on , things could have been very difficult and stressful. That was not the case however. Jay went above and beyond. He stayed late. He explained things in detail. I felt comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics . A great place to buy your phone ESPECIALLY for someone who is not well versed in phone technology. Jay will explain it all . I thought I had an issue with my phone a week later . Turned out it was just something I didn’t know how to do on the phone. I left a message. Jay returned my call within two hours and went over everything with me. Great Customer service!

I purchased a TELUS phone and a plan in mid-feb 2020. I was a Bell for about ten years and then a Telus customer for 1.5 month. I am completely impressed with the Telus i phone, their signal strength has been fine, (better than bell and the iPhone plan I bought is way cheaper than bell! Bradesh at the telus store is calm, friendly and knowledgeable person you need to talk to when getting a new phone and plan. He' knows the stuff.
