This business is a dream come true. I have purchased several phones here over the years due to the exceptional staff. Today, the Manager went above and beyond. I am a senior who recently had a health problem which results in me becoming fatigued faster than normal. In Jackson Square, due to the pandemic there is nowhere that you can sit to catch your breath. I had to do some shopping while waiting for the files to transfer from my old phone to new. (which is one of the services that are awesome!) When I returned, it wasn't quite ready yet so I noticed the stairs leading up to Canada Trust and said that I was just going to go over there to catch my breath. The Manager stated, \we aren't supposed to do this but...\ and he handed a chair over the counter for me to sit and catch my breath knowing that the security forces at the mall were searching for any infractions. This is just another example of the incredible staff at this store and how they go above and beyond. I wish more business would follow suit.

Today I went to grab a screen protector that James the Assistant Manager had ordered last week. I had actually cracked my actual Note 9 phone screen. I totally thought it was just the screen protector... James then added my protector for me... When he realized that I thought it was just the screen..he recommended that I get a new phone since where this crack was would eventually kill my phone completely. Not only did he get me a phone that best suited my business needs but he made sure that all the data was completely transferred from my old phone to my new one.... This is super important because my screen shot was of a picture of my son who had passed away last year...however this was something I had not mentioned it's just a display of his high level of service excellence. Absolutely he receives my highest recommendation for high quality 5 star service!!! Thank you...

Went into Tbooth yesterday and spoke with store manager Paul Turney to set up a new device. After a few questions he than suggested my fiance and I went to get some coffee. Upon our return the phone was connected and ready to go. Quality service at its finest. Paul was helpful and professional about the service provided.
