Our focus since day one has been on engaging social and community mechanics with our games. Players who joined us over 7 years ago, and still play, will attest to this. Our community development dynamics allows us to punch beyond our size and battle it out with the big players in the casual gaming world. SHG’s brand revolves around giving players a home away from home. We invite them in. We treat them fairly. We provide a positive emotional experience. We do this authentically. The company has been growing of late with additional recognition locally, provincially, nationally and internationally for the work we’re doing. We have just been awarded Outstanding Small Business of the Year Award (2014) by the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. SHG has also recently been awarded funding from OMDC through its IDMF stream as well as research grants from IRAP and other funds.
