The service call is cheap 75, they said on the phone that the 75 is waved when you get the job done but the minimum service is 275 tax tip. I asked what is the minimum service amount and they can't say it on the phone but it is 275! I spent 350 for a drain cleaning. In my opinion they should be more clear with the expenses AND IT IS NOT CHEAP! Just to be clear, the technician did a great job. The problem is that there is no cost transparency.
