Our technician TB arrived shortly after the 11-1 quoted window. He was professional and friendly. He told me what he thought the problem was and then took the time to come upstairs and show me the pieces that were totally wore out and broken. He efficiently repaired the dryer and tidied up what little mess there was. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises. I was also happy to support a local Canadian small business. All protocols were followed.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lee and everyone at RTC. Right from the initial call to book an appointment to the actual repair. Lee was fantastic!! Identified problem with my stove - repaired it and also took the initiative to check out all elements and other aspects of stove to ensure all was in working order. Even levelled the stove for me! Would highly recommend RTC Appliances - have used them for the last 10 years when necessary and referred a number of friends to use them - all happy as well!

Excellent customer service and advice received when I called to evaluate fixing our 10 year old dryer. Spoke to Rebecca at the office who took the time to evaluate our issue and even checked to ensure that parts would be available if we decided to go ahead with a service call. We had a previous service from RTC Appliances that was also excellent, so we knew we were in good hands. Rebecca was extremely diligent and professional in helping us assess our situation, and ultimately we decided to go ahead with the repair. We were given the first available appointment, a few days later, but then received a call back when a cancellation arose and we had a technician in our home the next day. The tech was fantastic, and got our dryer unit fixed and operating again in under an hour. The bill was less than the projected quote, and we were just so pleased with the result. We endorse RTC Appliances as an excellent place to do business - they are courteous, professional and fair!

The technician called ahead to arrive earlier than expected. He was extremely professional and efficient, and had all of the parts needed to make the repairs on the spot. He also took the time to answer our questions and offered helpful suggestions to maintain our dryer and extend its life.
