We used Richie and his design team for permit drawings during COVID-19 and I cannot say how thankful we were that they were able to deliver quality work remotely! He took his time and thoroughly gave me options with designs. He had a structural engineer accredit the work and all city inspections ran smoothly. I would highly recommend. We looked into a few other companies that just didn't even call us back or would take weeks to respond.

Richie has misrepresented himself as an architect which he is not. He has scammed me out of thousands and I have to pay another company a second time to fix all the errors so my plans can be accepted by the planning department. He also caused a lengthy delay to my project due to his incompetence. Be wise and do your homework. This guy can ruin you financially and cause you severe stress in ways you could never imagine.
Be aware of Richie .... we will never use him again because of unfulfilled promises, and unfinished work that we are going to have to pay a second time to get done and his lack of concern for fulfilling commitments he has made
