Extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff who are willing to help and answer lots of questions. Appear to be selling high quality animals that are very well taken care of. I prefer this place to all reptile stores I have dealt with in the area and would recommend to anybody who wants to get a quality reptile, and get the right stuff to take care of your reptile rather than selling you things you don't need just to make a profit. Professional and clearly lovers of animals concerned about your reptile's well-being. 5/5!

Sounds like multiple people on here are throwing single star reviews around because of something that happened at some sort of Christian day camp. Posting multiple reviews about the same thing is cheap, and makes you seem incredibly petty. I can't help but wonder if the staff at this day camp didn't incite this in some way. This is a well run store by knowledgable staff.
Knowledgeable staff. Roommate and I adopted a leopard gecko, and they were able to get us set up and learn more about his preferred foods. He's doing awesome thanks to these people. Great service!
Unfortunately out of stock of what I needed, but Mandy was one of the nicest people I've met. Very friendly and helpful.
Shop is very clean, great selection, and very helpful staff (dealt with "Mike"today and was very impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness). The prices are reasonable though maybe not the best you'll find. I was particularly impressed with the state of the animals. They are kept in good enclosures with lots of room. Their animals are alert and healthy, and handle well. More than I can say for ""The Reptile Store"which is right down the street (small enclosures, jumpy animals not used to humans) Honestly you might find better prices, but the professionalism and state of the animals for sale trump that as far as I'm personally concerned. I look forward to dealing with Hamilton Reptile in the future.
