I cannot say enough good things about Peter Martin, both their Heating and Cooling division, as well as their appliance division. We have been customers of theirs for many, many years now and honestly wouldn't purchase anywhere else at this point because their service is unrivaled. We had an issue with our fireplace where it wasn't lighting and the tech literally came out next day and fixed it. I didn't know PM did fireplace repairs so I had initially contacted other fireplace companies for service and they all said we should just replace the fireplace due to its age and didn't even want to come out for a service call. Good thing I decided to call PM and inquire if they offered fireplace repair because they do! The tech was honest and transparent about everything and completed the work quickly and cleanly. He patiently answered all of our questions and gave honest suggestions about next steps. We know we will likely have to replace the fireplace within the next 5 years, and PM Heating & Cooling will be my go to for this project without a doubt. Thank you for saving us thousands of dollars right before the holidays. We can now take the time so save the money for this project for when the time comes. I only hope Peter Martin never goes out of business!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Very pleased with price and service to replace our gas water heater. We had 5 price quotes, including Costco, and Peter Martin's was hundreds of dollars less. We indicated the matter was urgent and they were able to give us next day service. Installation was done by one of Peter Martin's sons - very competent and polite. Nice to support a local business.
