Took my furry overdue dog Rex there last week and was extremely pleased with the results from the grooming! I would say the best grooming we have had for our dog in a very long time! Excellent top notch service. Not sure the name of the groomer specifically but she was very professional and polite. Will definitely be returning!!!
I had a horrible experience the other day with Doris. She forcefully snatched receipts from my hand and started berating me as to why I kept them in my envelope. I kept them for the frequent bag program. As I was explaining this to her, she kept rolling her eyes and sighing. It is not right to be spoken to like that and it's also not right for her to physically touch me without my permission, especially during Covid. I called and left a message with Wendy. She assured me that the owner Chuck would get back to me. He has not. That was 4 days ago. It is unfortunate because I love the prices and I love shopping here, but I do not deserve to be treated this way. My daughter also had a bad experience with Doris last year. Again, with the frequent bag program. She has left a review below. Please start treating your customers with more respect.
Everywhere else my dog's food was on backorder, I came across the Pet Max site and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did, their price is better than PetSmart and they shipped the order promptly, I received it 3 days after I placed the order with the cheapest shipping method selected! Turns out it's a family business and I'm happy to support them!
This place has great prices and selection for all your pet needs. If i lived closer i would go there for everything! It's a great place for cat litter. Also my cats food and dog food are cheaper here than anywhere else I've been. They do also have a loyalty program where you get a bag free with a certain amount of purchases. Finally, when i bring my dog in with me, they treat him very well and he gets excited everytime he realizes where we're heading.
