Best company out there for windows. They gave me an estimate that was right on. No games or back and forth with the price. Windows installed a 10 of weeks later, I bought the VP series from them. They did All 16 windows in one day. Very professional. Customer services is right on top when we had a slight problem with a tiny air leak, they came the next day and fixed the issue. If I buy a home again, I would love for them to do all new windows for us. Thank you!

Great service! I can tell this company has been installing doors for many many years. They have excellent, experienced craftsmen and provide quality material! I am impressed with this install and definitely could not have done this myself.
These windows are so warm and quiet. We have been replacing windows in our house as we can, and just had Panorama in to do 6 windows and the door with sidelights. The installers are clean and fast. The old windows would collect condensation in cold weather but standing beside the Panorama windows and doors replacements they are very warm. You instantly notice how much quieter the room is, it is shocking the difference. This is our third order and we will continue to use Panorama for replacements in future.
I called all City to come out and give me an estimate on replacing some windows at my rental property in Hamilton and the quote they provided me was the lowest I had received. They came out and installed 16 windows and now the property looks amazing. I'm so glad I called them and look forward to doing some more home remodeling with them. Thank you!
Any door company can put a door into an opening. What stood out to me was the attention to detail. Today, Panorama installed an iron door at my home. The install was done very professionally! Every detail was taken care of from the sealant under the frame, the foam around the exterior, touching up and caulking the trim and paint on the exterior trim as well as cleaning up after the job.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME searching other avenues... serious i am a budgetary person who takes every penny seriously so I had several companies come and give me estimates. I would never have wasted my time if i would have found Panorama Window and doors Hamilton first. Absolutely the best window install I have ever experienced. Mr. Joe and the guys make sure you are completely satisfied with your installation. They also go above and beyond their call of duties. Kind, courteous, and made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. If and when we build our forever home they will be our window installation go to!!
It was time to replace my 25 year old large front window (6'x4' curved top). I had gotten multiple quotes for replacing this wooden frame double pane window from 3 other (large) companies. Ross and Kerry were both great when it came time for them to come out. First off - they were the only estimators to take detailed (accurate) window measurements for the quote. They also provided a full lifetime parts and warranty along with the (high) efficiency ratings on the new vinyl framed window. Otto quote came in very fair and I was pleased to find that the quality of product and efficiency rating was equal to the other 3 manufacturer quotes I received. I was not in a rush to have the old window replaced (it lost it's seal between the panes and the wood was degrading due to weather). Otto was able to have the window manufactured and installed in 12 weeks which fit my schedule fine. On the day of the install (apr 7) Otto install team was on time, most polite and did a great job removing my old window and installing the new window. Both Kerry and Ross did the removal and install job in a quality and clean manner which I was most pleased with. Overall I feel that I got a great product and value working with Panorama and would recommend them to anyone considering home improvement work.
Joe was great. very knowledgeable and gave us a excellent presentation. When we are ready to take on the window project I can say with confidence that we would use Panorama windows and Doors.
