Not the friendliest of staff at this location, they seemed to have not been organized by any means whatsoever and it also took 3 people to figure out how to use the system to upgrade a phone. Only upside was that they had the phone I wanted in stock. If your looking to upgrade your phone, I would recommend a different Telus store entirely.
