Followed a lafarge truck with a irresponsible driver throwing concrete and debris off the back of his truck from not properly cleaning it. Now myself and 2 other vehicles need new windshields. Cowboys.

They know how to take a reservation but they just can’t keep a reservation. This company reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where Jerry and Elaine are at the car rentals and they get the staff saying they have no cars available even though Jerry booked a reservation to hold a car. These guys took my cc’d information and I confirmed with them two times on the delivery when they were taking payment information, but still they phoned me 4 hrs before the pour was due and said they are removing the drivers from the road so they can have enough time in between jobs - they had a big job to do in the night time. So these guys basically took my reservation and used allocated drivers hours to fulfill another order. The painstaking problem is they wouldn’t even apologize and admit the over booking. Btw, these guys were charging me 400.00 more than what everyone else was quoting me but I went with them because they had availability at the time I wanted. Needless to say I cancelled my order.
Lafarge customer's service is terrible. They damaged my property last year. They admitted it was their fault and promised to give me a discount when I did my next job. I took them at their word, however, when it came to do another job the rate they gave me didn't include any discount. I contacted the company and they gave me every excuse in the book why they could not give me a discount even though it was promised to me. They did however say they could give me a discount on the next order. I told them that's what you told me this time, why would I believe them now.
