I was totally shocked when the team member gave me my food without wearing any gloves - I saw the same when he started picking the next ordered items especially fries. The three crew members who are in evening shift (Feb 1st, 2021) doesn't care much about this COVID pandemic - it was so obvious in their behavior. When I went inside three team members were on phone playing and none of them prepared my food till I reach the front counter (minimum half an hour after placing order). The manager and owner need to be very careful about these young guys - give them proper training. Watch them frequently through camera. This will be my last visit to this store. I don't want my friends and family to get sick because of these careless staffs.

Just ordered from the upper james location. Right now they are serving no white meat in any of their nearby locations so be aware that the chicken is so poor, greasy and double cooked. Not worth the money.
Good KFC. It is clean. Limit 7 customers at a time with no seating because of restrictions. Some of combos are very good and there are some money saving coupons you can get online. (20201205)
This location is not very organized. For some reason there is a wait even when it's not busy. But the food is usually fresh.
Absolute garbage food.. their chicken is STALE, NOT CRUNCHY and has been sitting out for hours. They deserve to have a food safety inspector come out & check this location out because it is not remotely close to standards. UPPER GAGE LOCATION IS 100x BETTER !! STAY AWAY !
