Very quick to answer the phone, but not kind at all. The man had another call so he took it while I could still hear him. Manners and customer service needs work. It seemed like he just wanted me off the phone. I've never shopped her before and I wanted to make sure I was following proper protocol. I'll just get my ink on Amazon. I hope you have a better day...

i do question on what is wrong with this guy who runs this business, cause i dropped off my xbox one to get to the hdmi port repaired from him when he has bin open for 30mins, and i did not pick it up until 3pm the following day, like a day and a half he had my xbox one to repair the hdmi port, and i did find out that he send the consoles you give him he ends up sending the away to be repaired and no wonder why i did not pick it up until the following day. now take technology master downtown near barton and wentworth area, i had my hdmi port break again on me, and i went to technology master instead this time around he opens at 11am, dropped my xbox one around 12pm, by 3pm i got a call it was repaired. so i di not know why this guy at island ink-jet doesn't know on how to either repair stuff fast enough, or the fact he does not have a crew to get stuff repair faster, if he does not know on how to improve, he should just close up shop for been on how slow he is.

A horrible experience. Bryan the techie isn't as helpful as he lets on, he gives vague information. Sold us a box that couldn't be refunded or fixed even with a small cost. All he was interested in was to sell us another product. Very poor customer service skills. They lost a customer and I'll be telling everyone I know. They need to get a consistent return policy that helps their customers which would in turn help their business.

Their Refilled cartridges last longer than brand new ones. And their toner cartridges are way cheaper than the big box stores

I purchased a new factory made battery for regular price the same day my fax machine died. I called the store and was refused a return of the battery even though the invoice clearly stated 30 day return with receipt. Watch out for this kind of customer treatment. The emploee also refused to provide the manager's full name.
