The staff was more then helpful. They Let me take fittings home to make sure they fit. Went back and 5 minutes later they had my hose made. More businesses should operate like this Thanks

Very expensive; I gave clear written instructions that was ignored so the lines had to be remade which made my bill suspiciously high. I'm all for supporting canadian economy but for what they charge it is cheaper to order from china
I have dealt with IH&H and Matt on the order desk for over 10 years and at 2 companies. Never a complaint. Pricing is fair and service has always been what I would expect. Keep up the fine work!
I brought my business to IHH over 1 year ago. Since that time, they have consistently provided me with reliable, and sometimes creative, solutions. Helpful and knowledgeable counter staff. Helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. I have recommended Industrial Hose to others and they continue to deliver. A solid team.
Buying a hose system for our community garden I found Industrial Hose and Hydraulics initially to be interested in helping us. But, after the sale, there was nothing but trouble. Terrible service, long wait time to get a phone call picked up and to get some attention at the counter. And don't count on them for advice. Despite written specs and verbal details we were sold a hose system that was not appropriate. After it failed we were told that our expectations were out of line. Complaint was ignored, call not returned as promised. The one redeeming factor was the replacement part given for free.
