Worst customer service ever! I walked in and looked at three different items of furniture, I was looking to spend some money. I asked about coffee tables and an entertainment unit I had seen on Kijiji, the lady barely acknowledged that I was there. I saw a small shelf in one of the backrooms filled with dust that I really lik ed and asked how much she said 29.99 I said I will give you 20 she said No so I was waiting for her to negotiate but she just said no and pretty much walked away......well little did she know I would have paid 30 no tax I had 800 on me and would have bought alot of stuff if she had been more helpful as I had been on kijiji looking for a bunch of different items......I bet that shelf will never sell and they will probably go out of business because they have no idea how sell....like what is the point of a surplus store when the prices are the same if I had bought brand new. I hope they read this review and realise that they just lost good business.
