Was told on the phone my order would be 20.25, when the delivery guy came it magically came to 28.25. I’ve read other reviews that said similar things have happened. I USED to order from here at least once a week sometimes twice but after today I’m switching back to my old place. This place has amazing food and I’ve tried everything on their menu but after what happened today I’m never ordering from here again. There’s either miscommunication between the delivery drivers and the staff who make the food or the driver is adding on his own tip. But either way, you just lost probably your best customer. I bet by saying we’ve tried everything on the menu and order once a week sometimes more, you know who this is lol. You just lost my business. This was going to be a 5 star review, but instead you get 1 star AND you lost a customer.

My favourite pizza place in all of Hamilton! Always fresh and delicious with unbeatable prices. Always my go-to pizza place. Staff are also lovely and make me and anyone who visits me orders feel like family, if you haven’t tried here Hi-Line pizza get I highly recommend you should!

Ordered with skip the dishes. Order was missing half the items. Called the restaurant to address the issue, was told that the skip driver must have stolen my good and that \i didn't order from skip buddy you did. I cant fix it\ I was then told to f@#k off and hung up on. I used to rave about this place but 60 for two cold pizzas ans nothing else i ordered and paid for. Will NEVER order or go here again.
Just wringing out my panzerotti. I wish there was a machine that sped this process up.
