Not a good clinic. The doctor does IUI when the conditions in the body are not favourable and cycle should have been cancelled instead. They want money and when they know they are not able to take more money they do not care to see the patient. The two ladies working in the lab- especially dark-haired one- seem sneaky and not transparent..without our full trust with preparing semen samples. Do not try this clinic. ONE Fertility has better reviews and result.

This was my first fertility experience and personally it did not feel very welcoming. My first appointment I waited 3 hours. The process was not explained to me very well and I was confused when I started. They do not book blood and ultra sound appointments so if you cant get there 10 minutes before it opens you will be waiting a long time. I was late to work several times. I didn't feel the doctor spent time understanding my case as it seemed very impersonal,and he would ask me the same question several times. I was only there for 3 months when I decide their process only brought me stress so I am now at ONE fertility in Burlington.
Went a few years ago but staff was very professional. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able.to get pregnant and pregnancy was normal.
Honestly the hart fertility centre is amazing, the staff is always friendly and kind and extremely understanding. Dr.Cepeda is also very wonderful, he pays very close attention to what you need
