Rocco was great to deal with! We made an appointment and he was sure to make sure we were taken care of. He was super knowledgeable on all types of floor and ensured we picked something we would be happy with. He's a no bullsh*t type of guy and we really appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend dealing with him when you're deciding on flooring.

I am really impressed with the amazing selection at Hardwood Plus. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but Rocco was super patient and knowledgeable. He was great at helping me narrow my choices very quickly by asking me questions I never would have thought of. He took the time to explain the differences between the types of hardwood and helped me figure out the perfect hardwood flooring solution for my upstairs! Highly recommend!

He is beyond professional, and not only did he sell me the most incredible hardwood flooring, he gave me what friends in the industry said was an amazing price! It didn't stop there he then went out of his way when i called advising him that my installer was behind, and sent me a top notch installer who had a cancellation. If ANYONE is looking for flooring and I don't care where you live you need to drive to HAMILTON and visit ROCCO!! I promise you, you will be GLAD that you did. Rocco was fantastic! As first time home renovators, we went into this entire process blind but thanks to Rocco we were able to understand the difference between product and pick a flooring we loved! Very happy with our experience at Hardwood Plus. Rocco was extremely helpful and ensured that we spent our money on hardwood that was worth what we paid for it. Rocco ensured that we got a great product by educating us on not only the top coat but also the core of the floor (something other companies never talked about) Our hardwood came in quickly and we were very happy with the end result.
