Fast amd professional. Getting an appointment here was two months quicker than anywhere else in the city. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and they let me go right in because there was nobody ahead of me. My entire procedure for both shoulders took under 15 minutes. Everybody there was very courteous and helpful.

Nice staff and technicians. Wait time was minimal. The building is pretty old and gross. The Suite and Bathroom could use some attention.

I have been here twice now for ultrasounds. Each time I have had an amazingly positive and comforting experience - from my phone conversation with the receptionist through to the completion of my ultrasound. This is my first pregnancy. The receptionist was very thorough and patient in explaining the ultrasound prep to me over the phone and the current COVID-19 precautionary procedures. The ultrasound technician was extremely pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. He was very kind and compassionate each visit. It is clear that he definitely knows how to provide trauma-informed, client-centered care. I am shocked and disappointed by some of the reviews I am seeing posted about not allowing others into the ultrasound rooms. I was relieved to know that they are taking all precautions to keep myself and my baby safe during this time. For my other appointments with my midwife we have had to follow the same rules. My partner and I are actually very grateful for their adherence to these policies. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Very happy with the experience! Everyone was super friendly and professional.

The building was difficult to navigate through and once I finally found the correct room the service I needed was \unavailable\ for the day (walk-in X-ray). Wouldn't recommend going here since their service availability was unreliable and the building was very confusing (no windows, lots of hallways, stairways and one tiny creepy elevator). Went over to the Charlton clinic instead and they were really good.
